The First Slice

Dion's opens its first location at 11000 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque. A small team, a big oven, and an even bigger dream to serve real dion's pizza to real people.

1985

Expanding the Menu

Dions adds its signature sub sandwiches and fresh-tossed salads to the menu — giving Albuquerque a full fast-casual experience built on dion's pizza roots.
